1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return or exchange a product.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.

- If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all included items/accessories.
4. Refund Process
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper installation are not eligible for returns or refunds.
