At Nira Decks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, we provide a simple and transparent return and refund process for specific cases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return or exchange a product.
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all included items/accessories.

4. Refund Process

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper installation are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Customized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
